Over the last 5 years, we have heard story after story from youth experiencing anxiety, bullying, depression, eating disorders, and suicide. Loneliness is at the root of most of these stories. Youth are more lonely than ever and we're committed to doing something about it. From May 2-June 15th, we are activating participation, crowdfunding for our future, and amplifying your stories.

HOW IT WORKS:
1) You'll create a personalized fundraising page (it's super easy, just follow the steps here in the video!)
2) You'll set your goal and then share your page with friends and family, and encourage them to join the movement by donating.
3) You can also fundraise through various activities like running a 5K, organizing a bake sale, or engaging your network in other creative ways.

Five years ago the concept of Only7Seconds was born. Since then, thousands of people have rallied around the call to inspire and lead to meaningful, intentional connection.
We are so grateful for our volunteers, big and small, who have helped spread our message wide and far. Grateful for the opportunities that parents, schools and organizations provide us to serve the kids in their lives. Grateful to our partners and donors who have helped us realize our mission.
So many lives are better today because of every person who has believed in and lived out our mission. There are lives that have been saved and others that are in much better places because of our work and your engagement with us. If you have supported us in the last five years, in any way, sincerely, thank you. We couldn’t do it without you alongside us!
