Only7Seconds Mental and Social Health Corps (MSHC) Program

Through the support of ServeWA and AmeriCorps, Only7Seconds will engage 20 members across 12 sites to bring knowledge and awareness around the issues young people face with their social health and mental health.

Mental & Social Health Ambassadors will facilitate our youth-led Club7 program as well as participating in community events. And Regional Team Leaders will support and coach the Ambassadors and spread awareness and education about youth mental and social health.

The O7S MSHC program furthers the goal of expanding understanding, education, and awareness of mental and social health across Washington communities.

Mental and Social Health Team Leader(s) will work collaboratively to expand understanding, education, and awareness of mental and social health across Washington communities.

This part-time in-person service position is responsible for facilitating mental and social health program initiatives, participating in local events, cultivating strong community engagement, coordinating member social events, co-developing and co-facilitating member training and onboarding.

900 hours total (approx. 20-25 hours per week)
Position Length: Typical academic year (~10 months)
